"Quality Service Retailer of the Year" is the annual award of the Association's "Quality Service Programme - Quality Service Benchmarking Assessment for retailers with the highest ranking on retail service in 4 consecutive assessment period in the year (i.e. October to December, January to March, April to June, and July to September), including:
