Participating retail brands of “Quality Service Benchmarking Assessment”, with excellent service performance, will be recognized by the highly-represented seasonal or annual awards among retail industry.  The service of the awarded brands delivers three important service elements including “Quality Service”, “Satisfied Customer” and “Professional Staff”.​

The Association is pleased to announce the "Service Industry Leaders" and "Service Category Leaders" of the 1 st quarter (October to December 2019) of 2020 Quality Service Benchmarking Assessment” under “HKRMA Quality Service Programme” .
