Participating retail brands of “Quality Service Benchmarking Assessment”, with excellent service performance, will be recognized by the highly-represented seasonal or annual awards among retail industry.  The service of the awarded brands delivers three important service elements including “Quality Service”, “Satisfied Customer” and “Professional Staff”.​

The Association is pleased to announce the "Service Industry Leaders" and "Service Category Leaders" of the 2021 2nd quarter (January to March 2021) of Quality Service Benchmarking Assessment under HKRMA Quality Service Programme .
